El Segundo, CA

 Hybrid | $27 - $34 per hour based on experience

Job Description The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for processing PO and Non-PO invoices for 3rd Party vendors and Intercompany entities. Invoices must be processed timely and within the defined AP SLA guidelines and in compliance with Accounts Payable business processes, meeting weekly and month-end deadlines.   The AP Analyst must be proficient in SAP and familiar with end-to-end AP processes, from Vendor Set-up to Payment. The AP Analyst should be able to pivot and prioritize as needed, in this high-volume environment. This role will also be expected to provide a high level of customer service to our internal and external stakeholders. This role may work with internal business partners such as Purchasing, Compliance, Tax, etc. This role will work with the AP Sr Manager and Supervisor to run reports, analyze the data, and drive resolution. This role may be asked to assist our Accounting teams with invoice questions or reconciling items. Qualifications Current knowledge of SAP a must Solid background in Excel Excellent interpersonal skills Solid customer service approach Strong oral and written communications skills Flexible and Proactive Requirements  3+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred Bachelors degree strongly preferred
