Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Analyst in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This role is in the finance industry where the selected candidate will be responsible for the full cycle of Travel and Expense (T& E) using Concur, reviewing and approving T& E reports, and journalizing expenses in SAP S/4Hana. Responsibilities: • Handle full cycle of T& E using the Concur system • Regularly review and approve more than 200 Amex reports bi-weekly • Journalize all approved expenses in SAP S/4Hana system • Process through Accounts Payable • Maintain updated and accurate records of all customer credit applications • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary • Resolve any customer inquiries efficiently Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is necessary for this role. • Familiarity with Concur is essential. • Must have a strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a critical requirement.
