Overview
Hire Resolve is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our client’s team in Cape Town. This position offers a competitive salary of R210K per annum and provides an excellent opportunity for growth and development.
Responsibilities Process invoices, expense reports, and other payment requests Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and expenses Review and reconcile vendor statements Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Resolve any payment discrepancies or issues Maintain vendor files and documentation Assist with the preparation of financial reports Provide support to the Accounts Payable team as neededRequirements:
Relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Experience: Accounts Payable Assistant: 1 year (Required). International BPO: 1 year (Preferred). NetSuite/Sage 200 and other accounting software: 1 year (Required)Benefits:
