This position will help with the processing of payables and support purchasing controls among other administrative duties. The position of Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for completing day-to-day task of matching, uploading invoices to shared services and coding invoices. What You'll Be Doing

Process and verify invoices for accuracy and appropriate approval.Maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Reconcile accounts payable transactions.Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.

What Are We Looking For

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.1 - 3 years prior accounts payable experience in a larger organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
