Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full cycle accounts payable processes and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of our organization by efficiently processing invoices and payments.
ResponsibilitiesManage full cycle accounts payable processes.Process high volume of invoices (approximately 75-100 per day).Handle invoice processing and invoicing tasks.Execute three-way matching for invoices.Maintain and update W-9s and certificates of insurance.Cut checks in a timely and accurate manner.Utilize ERP systems, particularly Sage.Work with multiple entities to ensure accuracy in financial records.Collaborate with the Senior Accountant to ensure smooth financial operations.Essential Skills4+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience.Experience with ERP systems (specifically Sage).Proficiency in Excel.Experience with high volume invoicing (75-100 invoices per day).Knowledge of W-9s and certificates of insurance.Experience in cutting checks.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working with multiple entities.Cost experience is a plus.Work Environment
The position is completely onsite with regular working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility of about 1 hour. You will report to the Senior Accountant in a collaborative and supportive work environment. Our team values accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a professional and productive atmosphere.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.03 - $28.84/hr.
