Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience in accounts payable and a strong understanding of accounting principles. This role involves managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities + Meet deadlines for processing invoices + Audit invoices + Review statements and communicate with vendors + Enter invoices received in a database to validate it is a currently serviced location + Upload invoices for payment Essential Skills + Accounts payable + Invoice processing + Accounting + Data entry + Microsoft Excel + Finance + Invoicing + Microsoft Office + Oracle + Customer service + Vendor management Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting or related field is a plus + Strong Excel and time management skills + Great communication and ability to multi-task + Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + ERP experience is a plus Work Environment Office/cubicles Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
