Accounts Payable Billing II
**Accounts Payable - $27.78/hour - 1 year contract** **Summary:** We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Billing Clerk to compile data, compute fees, and prepare invoices. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial transactions. **Key Responsibilities:** + Balance and reconcile control totals with source documents. + Prepare itemized statements, bills, and invoices. + Reconcile and post cash receipts for various departments. + Perform bookkeeping tasks, including data posting and record maintenance. **Skills Required:** + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. + Knowledge of accounting principles and relevant regulations. + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software. **Education & Experience:** + High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred. + 2-4 years of financial and/or accounting experience required. **Why Join Us?** We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits. **Pay Details:** $27.78 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
