Key Responsibilities: + Accurately process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions. + Match invoices to purchase orders and ensure proper documentation for approval. + Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. + Prepare accounts payable reports and assist with month-end close processes. + Maintain up-to-date and organized financial records. + Communicate effectively with vendors and clients to address payment inquiries. Requirements + 2+ years of accounts payable or relevant accounting experience. + Proficiency in at least 2 accounting software (Netsuite, MS Dynamics, SAP Etc.) and Microsoft Office applications., MS Excel - Pivots and V-lookups + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. + Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
