As an Accounts Payable Clerk, your contribution to our bottom line is critical. You’ll use your attention to detail skills as you plan and evaluate accounts payable policies and procedures, and ensure external and internal controls and policies are adhered to. You will be responsible for daily processing of all vouchers for payment for the Corporate office, ensure that transaction entry and verification procedures are followed, and follow up with other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve discrepancies on invoices and vouchers. In addition, you will handle the daily set-up and maintenance of all new and existing vendors, coordinate sending/receiving of vendor information with third party check, ACH and Virtual payment provider. You will also maintain and organize delivery/pick up of storage boxes for Iron Mountain.
Requirements include a High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), accounts payable and/or general business coursed preferred, and two to three years of experience in an accounts payable related position. You must be customer service oriented, have strong attention to detail and excellent accuracy skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required.
