They pay subcontractors weekly so you will constantly be cutting checks, printing, mailing. Etc. The subcontractors do come in weekly to be paid so **STRONG attention to detail and highly organized a must** . Duties: + This candidate will sit in the Accounts Payable office but may have occasional phone calls to direct or handle. + Work with Lien Waivers + Mark Systems – ECI + Handled Accounts Payable with in the lien industry. + Have worked in the accounting industry. + Handle Lien Checks and Accounting Process + Positive attitude, integrity, team player, works well independently and with others. + Excellent communication skills both internally and with subcontractors and possibly title company contact. + Organizational skills, experienced or proven strength in adaptability. + As a growing company this is an urgent need for low level tasks that could be an opportunity for long term role for the right candidate. + Candidates need to be adaptable and structured as required for accounting. **IMPORTANT:** This job is being recruited for by Adecco’s National Recruitment Center, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
