Description We are seeking a dedicated part time (25-30 hours a week) Accounts Payable Clerk to become a valued member of our team located in Eastlake, Ohio. The role is integral to our organization and will involve assisting with an automation AP project, processing invoices, and resolving invoice discrepancies. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Aid in the implementation of the AP automation project • Process PO invoices in a timely and accurate manner • Carry out clerical duties as required • Manage the entry and matching of invoices to PO's for multiple locations • Resolve any discrepancies found in invoices • Collaborate with internal team members to resolve any invoice issues • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all processed invoices • Utilize various software including Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and invoice processing • Perform account reconciliation and check runs • Code invoices as per the established procedures. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) • Experience in Coding Invoices • Proficient in Data Entry • Demonstrated skills in Invoice Processing • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Proven problem-solving skills • Ability to handle confidential information • Demonstrated organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
