We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to add to our team.
Pleasant Holidays is a subsidiary of the Automobile Club of Southern California, a diversified insurance, roadside assistance, financial services and travel organization serving AAA Members for more than 100 years.
Primary Duties:
Process payables for overhead payables.
Data entry, interpret contracts
For cash disbursements: process checks, wires, Foreign currency and commissions
Contact vendors and research any discrepancies or issues
Vendor Setup and payment method verification
Create and maintain Direct Deposit and Wire templates
Open and prioritize incoming mail & email and route for appropriate approval.
Other duties as assigned
Prerequisites:
Accounts payable experience is preferred
Thorough knowledge of Great Plains & Certify.com
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work well with people, to include co-workers, management, other departments and customers
Professionalism and discretion is required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Hours/Location: Based in Westlake Village, M-F, Flex schedule available
The starting pay range for this position is $17.00 – $20.00 per hour.
