Description A thriving company in Encinitas, CA is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk. Successful candidates should exhibit excellent analytical skills, be organized, meticulous, and capable of working with significant volumes of data. Responsibilities: + Oversee invoice processing, cheques, and payment procedures. + Execute day-to-day transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data. + Prepare reports detailing accounts payables status. + Assist in the preparation of monthly closings. + Process expense reports and payment requests. Requirements + Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk. + Solid understanding of basic financial and accounting principles. + Proficiency in MS Office and data entry. + High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
