Accounts Payable Clerk
Position Overview: The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for managing remittances to the dealership’s vendors and handling company funds. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in processing payments and managing accounts. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare checks daily or as needed using a computer. + Process payment of vendor invoices monthly, including proper account coding. + Enter invoices from all departments. + Research and resolve old invoices. + Manage sublet inventory. + Record used vehicle purchases. + Process daily floor plan payoffs, monthly floor plan payments, and floor plan reconciliation. + Prepare schedules for sublet inventory, accounts payable, accounts payable service contract, and CLA&H. Essential Skills: + 6-12 months of relevant experience. + Experience posting invoices. + Experience processing payments. Additional Skills & Qualifications: + No certifications or specific education required. Work Environment: + Office environment with hours from Monday to Friday, either 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM. + Business casual dress code. + Work within a team of approximately three other people.
