Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Entry Level) Job Description We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role involves manual-entry of accounts payable invoices, along with various clerical tasks to support our growing organization. This temporary position offers the potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity, providing a chance for career advancement within our accounts payable or accounts receivable groups. Responsibilities + Manually enter accounts payable invoices for integration + Perform data entry, organization, cross-referencing, scanning, copying, and retrieval of documents + Check incoming invoices and make copies before distributing + Create and update records with new files and information + Store all paperwork and invoices alphabetically in designated places to secure important documents + Manage vendor issues and maintain updated vendor files Essential Skills + Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively + Strong organizational skills + Ability to handle monotonous work such as invoice processing and filing + Experience with invoicing, accounts payable, data entry, manual entry, and filing Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
