Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis to support during a medical leave. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and reconciliation. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth financial operations within our company.
ResponsibilitiesReview and verify vendor invoices to ensure goods or services were received and that the invoice matches the purchase order.Handle the processing of payments, ensuring compliance with company procedures and contractual agreements.Reconcile invoices by comparing them to purchase orders and contract terms to identify and correct any discrepancies.Maintain accurate financial records, tracking payments and keeping the company's financial information up-to-date.Interact with other departments within the company and potentially with vendors to resolve billing issues and ensure smooth financial operations.Essential SkillsAccounts payable experienceInvoice processingPurchase order managementProficiency with Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS)Experience with QuickBooks3+ years of AP experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00
