Description We are currently searching for a self-motivated Accounts Payable Clerk in Vista. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving as a key finance team player by processing and paying invoices on time, resolving accounting discrepancies, and providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the accounting department. Responsibilities: + Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services. + Prepare batches of invoices for data entry. + Review factored invoices for payment, recording payments in the financial system. + Monthly reconciliation of payments and monitoring of accounts to ensure payments are made up-to-date. + Answer Vendor queries, give support to Purchasing Department, and liaise with other business departments. Requirements + Diploma in Accounting or equivalent experience. + 2+ years of accounts payable experience. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, and accounts payable software packages. + In-depth knowledge of relevant accounting procedures and regulations. + Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organization skills.
