Description We are offering a contract for an Accounts Payable Clerk position in Marlton, New Jersey. The role involves crucial duties in the finance sector, where you will be part of a dynamic team that handles account reconciliation, invoice coding, data entry, and other accounts payable tasks. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process credit card statements and expense reports • Reconcile accounts payable discrepancies and manage related issues • Conduct regular check runs to ensure timely payment of invoices • Code invoices accurately for appropriate record keeping • Handle data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency • Utilize software like Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks • Keep up-to-date customer credit records • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of accounts payable • Maintain open lines of communication for any accounts payable related queries Requirements • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable • Demonstrable skills in Check Runs and Coding Invoices • Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail • Experience in Invoice Processing • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with Oracle and QuickBooks software • Experience with SAP for managing financial transactions • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
