Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Easthampton, Massachusetts. This role involves meticulous data management in the field of account reconciliation and accounts payable. Responsibilities: • Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring all transactions are conducted effectively. • Work with Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. • Undertake invoice processing, checking all details for accuracy. • Conduct regular check runs to maintain the smooth operation of accounts. • Utilize precise data entry skills to maintain up-to-date and accurate records. • Review and reconcile accounts regularly to identify and resolve any discrepancies. • Ensure all coding invoices are completed correctly and promptly. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required. • Handle customer inquiries, providing helpful and accurate information. • Support the team in maintaining a well-organized and efficient work environment.
