Description Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements and maintaining up to date vendor records. Duties: - Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures - Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues - Maintain vendor files - Reconcile vendor statements and communicate any concerns with vendor in a timely manner -Generate and process weekly check run Requirements Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Epicor Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
