Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounts Payable Clerk in Florham Park, New Jersey. Operating within the finance industry, the selected candidate will be tasked with handling the company's accounts payable, reconciliation, and data entry tasks in our workplace. Responsibilities: • Accurately processing invoices and checks • Overseeing accounts payable functions • Conducting account reconciliation tasks • Handling invoice coding duties • Undertaking data entry tasks to maintain accurate records • Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in daily operations • Monitoring and managing customer accounts • Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Assisting in the regular check runs • Ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications. Requirements • Proven experience in Account Reconciliation is a must. • Ability to handle Accounts Payable (AP) with accuracy. • Proficiency in conducting Check Runs in a timely manner. • Experience in Coding Invoices with attention to detail. • Strong Data Entry skills to ensure efficient work flow. • Expertise in Invoice Processing to maintain accurate records. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Familiarity with Oracle for efficient database management. • Experience with QuickBooks for effective financial tracking. • Knowledge of SAP for enterprise resource planning.
