Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry, based in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The successful candidate will work on various tasks including account reconciliation, processing checks, coding invoices, and data entry. Responsibilities: • Accurately processing invoices and managing accounts payable • Conducting account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records • Handling check runs efficiently and securely • Coding invoices accurately to ensure proper financial tracking • Performing data entry tasks related to accounts payable • Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management and financial tracking • Operating Oracle and SAP software for financial management • Utilizing QuickBooks for financial record keeping • Processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
