Description We are searching for a diligent Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the healthcare and social assistance industry. Based in Rochester, New York, this role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a key role in managing and reconciling accounts, processing checks, coding invoices, and handling data entry tasks. Responsibilities: • Accurately process invoices and manage accounts payable • Execute check runs in a timely and efficient manner • Code invoices correctly to ensure smooth transactions • Maintain accurate records of all account reconciliations • Handle data entry tasks related to accounts payable • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and QuickBooks for various accounting tasks • Ensure smooth invoice processing procedures • Use QuickBooks Online for managing and tracking invoices • Assist in other accounting tasks as needed Requirements • Must carry a strong background in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk • Strong skills in Account Reconciliation • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) • Experience in Check Runs • Proficient in Coding Invoices • Excellent Data Entry skills • Proficiency in Invoice Processing • Must be competent in Microsoft Excel • Experience in using Oracle • Knowledge of QuickBooks is required • Familiarity with Quickbooks Online is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
