Accounts Payable Clerk
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk II in the Manufacturing industry. The position is based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, United States. As an Accounts Payable Clerk II, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process payments for various vendors and suppliers • Maintain a correct and up-to-date financial administration by adhering to financial procedures and guidelines • File and archive financial documents in accordance with regulations to ensure quick retrieval of information • Contribute to the accounting process by collecting, inputting, filing, and archiving financial data • Assist team members in meeting daily requirements and take on additional responsibilities as business needs arise • Provide support to more experienced accounting clerks as needed • Handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines successfully • Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for efficient data management and reporting • Perform ad hoc financial tasks as required to support the overall finance function Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle is necessary • Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and handling invoices is required • Familiarity with office functions and filing systems • Strong customer service skills are essential • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration and Contract Administration is desirable • A background in Finance or Financial Services is advantageous • Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks as needed • Experience dealing with vendors and suppliers • Proficient in collaboration and integration in a team setting • Familiarity with Dynamics and Dynamics GP is beneficial • Experience in settlements is a plus • Knowledge of archiving methods is preferred • Engagement in sustainable practices and employee engagement initiatives is desirable • Experience working onsite in a multinational manufacturing environment is advantageous.
