Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in MIAMISBURG, Ohio, within the Stone/Glass/Concrete Manufacturing industry. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for handling various accounts payable tasks, including but not limited to, invoicing and matching purchase orders. Responsibilities: • Accurately process invoices and match them with purchase orders • Handle accounts payable tasks efficiently • Keep track of and resolve any issues related to statements • Utilize Epicor ERP software for various tasks, if available • Ensure that all customer credit records are up-to-date and accurate • Monitor customer accounts and respond promptly and appropriately to any changes. For immediate consideration, please contact Robert Half Talent Solutions at 937-224-0600 Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in an Accounts Payable role • Proficiency in entering invoices is required • Experience with Epicor ERP software is essential • Familiarity with Stone/Glass/Concrete Manufacturing industry is preferred • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work • Ability to manage and meet deadlines • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of standard accounting principles and practices • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality • High school diploma or equivalent required, further education in accounting or related field will be an advantage.
