Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will handle account reconciliation and invoice coding, manage accounts payable, carry out data entry tasks and engage in check runs. This position provides a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain accounts payable • Carry out account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy • Execute check runs as required • Engage in coding invoices for proper categorization • Undertake data entry tasks to keep records up-to-date • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks • Handle invoice processing efficiently • Use Yardi software for property management operations.
