Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating accounts payable activities within our organization. You will be expected to work on tasks such as processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities • Accurate processing of customer credit applications • Thorough maintenance of customer credit records • Efficient resolution of customer inquiries • Regular monitoring and management of customer accounts • Processing check payments • Handling purchase orders • Coding invoices as per the organization standards • Utilizing Great Plains Dynamics to maintain records • Employing 10 Key Skills for data entry and calculations.
