Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for an opportunity in Redlands, California. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be tasked with executing full cycle accounts payable, maintaining an organized system of electronic and paper invoices, and managing the company's mail and invoice processing. Your role will also involve account reconciliation and the use of various software such as Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities: • Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable • Retrieve, sort, and deliver mail from the company mailbox • Organize incoming accounts payable invoices for processing, both physical and electronic • Process a high volume of accounts payable invoices into the ERP system, ensuring utmost accuracy • Maintain an organized electronic and paper file system/database of invoices • Coordinate the collection and reconciliation of credit card receipts for company paid expenses • Perform account reconciliations and check runs • Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and invoice processing • Ensure the accurate coding of invoices. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar. • Proficiency in account reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial records. • Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) management, demonstrating a clear understanding of the process and its implications. • Familiarity with check runs, displaying the ability to handle and organize multiple transactions. • Excellent skills in coding invoices, demonstrating attention to detail and precision. • Proficient in data entry, with the ability to input large volumes of information accurately and quickly. • Experience in invoice processing, showing an understanding of the complete cycle from receipt to payment. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for financial data management and reporting. • Demonstrated ability to handle payable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
