Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to become an integral part of our team located in Dublin, Ohio. In this role, you will handle tasks such as account reconciliation, accounts payable (AP), check runs, coding invoices, and data entry. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Carry out account reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data • Manage the accounts payable function to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices • Execute check runs to maintain the financial liquidity of the organization • Code invoices correctly to ensure they are allocated to the appropriate accounts • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records • Process invoices efficiently to ensure prompt payment of accounts payable • Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain financial records and perform financial analysis • Operate QuickBooks and SAP for financial management and reporting Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and processes • Experience with executing check runs • Knowledge and understanding of coding invoices • Exceptional data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency • Familiarity with invoice processing and associated tasks • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas • Experience with QuickBooks for managing accounts and financial transactions • Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
