Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounts Payable Clerk in Boca Raton, Florida. The successful candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing customer accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring data accuracy within a dynamic workplace. Responsibilities: • Accurately and promptly process customer invoices, ensuring maximum efficiency. • Proficiently perform 3-way matching tasks for invoice processing. • Manage data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records. • Effectively handle customer inquiries, resolving issues wherever necessary. • Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when required. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for various tasks, ensuring proficiency in the software. • Perform standard accounts payable duties as per the industry norms. • Engage in Account Reconciliation tasks, ensuring all accounts are balanced and accurate. • Execute check runs and coding invoices, maintaining high levels of accuracy.
