Description We are in search of a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist, with proficiency in ERP systems. The seasoned professional we seek will use their knowledge and skills in financial applications to handle and automate the accounts payable functions of our organization. Responsibilities: + Organize, register, and verify invoices and financial data. + Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy. + Resolve discrepancies and reconcile accounts payables activities. + Prepare and perform check runs, electronic transfers, and payments. + Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues. + Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries in a prompt and professional manner. + Work closely with the purchasing department to ensure accuracy in invoices. + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and update them as necessary. + Assist with month-end closing processes and support audits as necessary. Requirements + At least 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting. + Demonstrated experience with ERP systems preferably Dynamics 365 or Dynamics AX. + Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. + Proficient in data entry and management. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to maintain vendor relationships and manage the accounts payable process. + Exceptional attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and ability to multitask. + Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
