Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry for a part time Accounts Payable Clerk in Germantown, Wisconsin. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks related to accounts payable and invoice processing. Responsibilities: • Accurate processing of customer credit applications. • Keeping customer credit records up-to-date. • Resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. • Keeping a close eye on customer accounts and taking necessary actions. • Managing the accounts payable inbox. • Incorporating invoices into the system. • Correlating invoices with corresponding purchase orders. • Identifying and rectifying invoice discrepancies. • Executing weekly check runs. • Conducting monthly account reconciliations. • Completing other administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required for the role of Accounts Payable Clerk. • Demonstrated ability to handle Accounts Payable (AP) tasks efficiently. • Must possess skills in Coding Invoices, as it is a critical part of the job. • Excellent Data Entry skills are required to ensure accuracy and efficiency in work. • Experience in Invoice Processing is necessary for managing the company's financial transactions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for managing and maintaining financial data.
