Description We are on the search for a Part time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This role is based in San Francisco, CA and is an integral part of our accounting department. Your key function will be to handle the processing, record keeping, and resolution of customer inquiries related to accounts payable. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment and is part time. Responsibilities: • Efficiently and accurately handling the processing of customer credit applications • Keeping precise records of customer credit • Resolving customer inquiries related to accounts payable in a timely manner • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions • Performing account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy of financial data • Conducting check runs to maintain cash flow and payment schedules • Coding invoices accurately for financial organization and record-keeping • Data entry tasks related to accounts payable and other accounting functions • Processing invoices in an efficient and timely manner • Utilizing software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Bill.com and QuickBooks for various accounting tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required. • Must have experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP). • Ability to perform Check Runs efficiently. • Proficient in Coding Invoices. • Strong data entry skills are essential. • Must be experienced in Invoice Processing. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary. • Knowledge of Oracle software is advantageous. • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a must.
