Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in Metairie, Louisiana for an Accounts Payable Clerk. This role lies in the heart of the industry where you will be responsible for maintaining and processing customer applications and records. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage and process customer credit applications • Keep customer credit records accurate and up-to-date • Resolve any customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Conduct account reconciliations on a regular basis • Ensure invoices are coded correctly before processing • Perform check runs to maintain a smooth flow of operations • Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and invoice processing tasks.
