Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk at our location in Norwood, Massachusetts. This role is set completely onsite and is centered around the management of accounts payable tasks. Responsibilities: • Oversee the process of coding invoices • Carry out data entry tasks by entering invoices into the relevant database • Execute check runs as part of the accounts payable function • Take charge of invoice processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency • Provide assistance with administrative duties including filing support • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounts payable tasks • Maintain an efficient system for Accounts Payable (AP) operations.
