Description We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Ontario, California. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity where you will play a key role in handling customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Accurately processing customer credit applications • Ensuring the precise maintenance of customer credit records • Handling inquiries from customers effectively and promptly • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action when required • Performing high-volume data entry tasks with accuracy and speed • Identifying and sorting the differences between electric and gas bills • Utilizing Yardi Property Management software for various tasks such as scanning and posting • Managing the posting of utility bills efficiently • Using Excel for various data-related tasks • Ensuring no repetition of questions by taking precise notes • Working with multiple partners that own developments • Not responsible for matching, batching, and coding of utility invoices. Requirements • Proven experience in the Real Estate & Property industry • Prior role as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation procedures • Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) operations • Experience in Check Runs management • Strong ability in Coding Invoices • Expertise in Data Entry tasks • Experience in Invoice Processing • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Knowledge of Oracle software • Familiarity with QuickBooks software • Experience with SAP software • Proficiency in Yardi Property Management • Experience with Yardi Software • Strong skills in Computer Data Entry • Experience with Data Entry - Numeric tasks • Ability to handle High-Volume Data Entry • Proven ability to Perform Data Entry tasks effectively Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
