Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Forest Park, Georgia. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be involved in the processing and reconciliation of accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations. Responsibilities • Accurately processing invoices and completing check runs • Conducting account reconciliation to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records • Utilizing software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and other tasks • Monitoring and managing accounts payable • Resolving any customer inquiries and maintaining a high standard of customer service • Ensuring all financial data is correctly coded for invoices • Processing customer credit applications with attention to detail and accuracy • Regularly monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions when needed. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions. • Proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP), with ability to manage and organize financial records. • Experience in Check Runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments. • Ability to accurately code invoices, matching them with purchase orders and receipts. • Excellent data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Experience in processing invoices, verifying details and resolving discrepancies. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with ability to create spreadsheets and reports. • Experience using Oracle for accounting and financial management. • Proficiency in QuickBooks, with ability to manage financial transactions and generate reports. • Experience with SAP, with ability to handle various accounting transactions and financial reports.
