Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This role provides an opportunity for short term contract employment within the industry. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be primarily accountable for handling accounts payable tasks, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and managing customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Accurately processing invoices and maintaining up-to-date accounts payable records • Conducting account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records • Efficiently performing check runs to ensure timely payments • Coding invoices accurately to ensure proper categorization of expenses • Effectively handling data entry tasks related to accounts payable • Attending to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary • Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounts payable tasks • Ensuring all invoice processing activities are carried out in an accurate and timely manner. Requirements • Proficient in Account Reconciliation, able to effectively track and resolve outstanding payment issues • Solid understanding and experience with Accounts Payable (AP) • Familiarity with Check Runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments • Ability to perform Coding Invoices, categorizing them for payment processing • Strong Data Entry skills, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in high volume situations Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
