Description
We are offering a temporary to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the healthcare industry, specifically in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. This role involves a range of responsibilities, including handling financial tasks, utilizing accounting software, processing invoices, and promoting clear communication within the team.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize accounting software such as Oracle, SAP, and NetSuite to maintain financial records.
• Process vendor invoices and enter them into the system in an accurate and timely manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Engage in accounts payable tasks, including account reconciliation and check runs.
• Execute data entry tasks with efficiency and precision.
• Handle invoice processing, including coding invoices.
• Maintain clear and open communication with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
• Contribute to the team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Leverage knowledge of the plastic surgery industry to better understand and manage invoice processing.
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role within the Healthcare/NHS industry
• Proficiency in account reconciliation processes
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures
• Familiarity with check runs procedures
• Knowledge of coding invoices for accurate financial records
• Strong data entry skills for maintaining accurate financial records
• Ability to process invoices effectively and efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data analysis
• Experience with Oracle for managing financial data
• Knowledge of QuickBooks for accounting and financial management
• Familiarity with SAP for business process management
• Knowledge of Plastic Surgery financing and billing processes
• Experience with NetSuite for financial management
• Ability to enter vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Experience with processing vendor invoices for payment
• Ability to reconcile vendor statements to ensure accurate accounting records
