Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is integral to our team and involves various tasks such as application processing, record maintenance, and inquiry resolution. The selected candidate will also monitor accounts and take necessary actions. Responsibilities: • Efficiently and accurately process credit applications • Maintain precise records of credit • Resolve inquiries in a timely manner • Monitor accounts and take appropriate action when needed • Code invoices accurately • Ensure timely data entry of invoices into the system • Handle account reconciliation tasks • Run checks and make payments through credit card • Set up vendors and manage the purchase card • Utilize software like Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Acumatica for various tasks • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and account monitoring Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) • Experience in performing Check Runs and Coding Invoices • Strong skills in Data Entry and Invoice Processing • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required • Experience with Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Acumatica software is preferred • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Capable of multitasking and working under deadlines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
