Description We are offering a contract for a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Arlington, Virginia. This role is primarily involved in the financial services industry, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications • Organize, log, and file invoices, checks, and other documents to ensure proper storage • Provide exceptional customer service to our internal business partners • Assist in administrative tasks within the AP/Finance Department • Support internal and external audits when required • Expedite special handling of checks, including verification, logging, and mailing • Implement a complete A/P cycle • Distribute department mail on a daily basis • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the team. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is needed • Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP) • Familiarity with Check Runs is required • Ability to handle Coding Invoices is crucial • Experience in Data Entry is necessary • Proficient in Invoice Processing • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential • Experience with Yardi is advantageous • Knowledge of Yardi Software is beneficial • Proficiency in Entrata is desirable Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
