Description We are looking to add a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to our manufacturing team based in West Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing financial records, creating reports, and recording various financial transactions. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities • Efficiently process customer credit applications • Ensure the accuracy of our accounting database • Provide administrative and bookkeeping support to the accounting team • Perform account reconciliation tasks • Handle accounts payable duties, including check runs and coding invoices • Conduct data entry tasks and process invoices • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in an Accounts Payable role within the manufacturing industry. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation required. • Solid experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes and systems. • Ability to perform Check Runs in an efficient and timely manner. • Expertise in Coding Invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Proven skills in Data Entry with a keen attention to detail. • Experience in Invoice Processing, demonstrating a high level of accuracy. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis. • Knowledge in using Oracle for financial management. • Proficiency in QuickBooks for accounting processes. • Familiarity with SAP software used in financial and accounting tasks.
