Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the property management industry, located in Miami, Florida, 33181, United States. In this role, you will focus on the accurate and efficient processing of customer applications, maintaining precise customer records and handling customer inquiries, as well as monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate action. Responsibilities: • Accurate processing of customer credit applications in a timely manner • Maintaining precise records of customer credit • Resolving customer inquiries effectively and promptly • Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate action when necessary • Processing a high volume of invoices weekly • Ensuring accurate 3-way matching of invoices • Routinely performing account reconciliations • Running checks as required • Coding invoices accurately for entry into the system • Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data entry tasks • Using Yardi for various tasks as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential. • Mastery of Accounts Payable (AP) procedures is required. • Experience with Check Runs is a must. • Ability to handle Coding Invoices effectively is necessary. • Strong Data Entry skills are required. • Proficiency in Invoice Processing is a must. • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel is necessary. • Experience with Yardi software is highly desirable.
