Description Accounts Payable Clerk (1-3 Years of Experience) Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk with 1-3 years of experience to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, account reconciliations, and payments while supporting the overall efficiency of the department. Key Responsibilities: + Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. + Prepare and execute payment runs, including checks, ACH payments, and wire transfers, while maintaining accurate records. + Review and reconcile monthly statements to resolve vendor discrepancies. + Assist with month-end close by managing accounts payable reports and journal entries. + Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring all documentation is accessible for audits. + Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments. + Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant financial regulations. Requirements Requirements: + 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role. + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel. + Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. + Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders. + High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
