Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Jeffersonville, Indiana. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial health of our organization. Your primary duties will involve managing payment runs, handling purchase orders, and maintaining impeccable financial records. Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of payment runs including ACH, Wire, Check • Oversee and manage a high volume of purchase orders on a weekly basis • Conduct diligent research to resolve any discrepancies related to purchase orders • Maintain precise records of all financial transactions • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data sorting and managing pivot tables • Leverage your skills in SAP for efficient invoice processing and data entry • Perform account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting • Handle the coding of invoices for appropriate categorization and record-keeping. Requirements • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk. • Proficiency in using SAP software for financial management. • Demonstrable skills in account reconciliation. • Extensive knowledge and experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP). • Ability to perform check runs efficiently and accurately. • Experience in coding invoices to ensure proper categorization. • Strong data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and speed. • Proficiency in invoice processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and pivot tables.
