Description
Process and code invoices into multiple systemsResearch, identify, and resolve complex invoice issuesManage high volume of invoices and ensure payment within a timely mannerAudit vendor billing for goods, services, labor, and materials against construction and facilities service contractsMonitor and resolve integration issues between systemsWork with construction project managers and facilities managers to validate charges, troubleshoot issues, and answer AP questions related to billing against contracts and POsAssist with managing AP-related documentsUpload billing data files between systems and reconcile data to billing documentsMonitor/manage shared email box where vendors and contractors submit invoices, pay applications, and payment inquiriesUpload received documents into appropriate workflow queuesTriage supplier and contractor inquiriesCoordinate between suppliers, project managers, and buyers/contracts administrators to resolve billing discrepancies and match exceptionsProvide excellent customer service to departmental users, vendors/contractorsEnsuring work queues are managed within Service Level Agreements (SLA).Create and run departmental reports or operational monitoring and ad-hoc reports for analysisProvide guidance to campus users on procedures and UC policies related to Accounts Payable,Procurement, and Expense ReimbursementOther Accounts payable related duties as assignedSkills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
