Description We are in search of a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk for our team located in Rancho Cucamonga, California, 91730, United States. In this role, you will be mainly responsible for executing tasks related to accounts payable and account reconciliation. Your tasks will include maintaining precise records, handling invoice processing, and managing customer inquiries. Responsibilities • Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner • Ensure the maintenance of precise records related to customer credit • Handle inquiries from customers professionally and promptly • Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required • Manage the accounts payable process and ensure all payments are made on time • Execute account reconciliation tasks to ensure all financial records are accurate • Process check runs efficiently and accurately • Code invoices correctly to ensure accurate financial records • Use Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP to carry out tasks effectively • Perform data entry tasks as part of the job role. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) procedures. • Demonstrated ability to perform Check Runs effectively. • Experience in Coding Invoices accurately and efficiently. • Strong Data Entry skills with a keen eye for detail. • Proven track record in Invoice Processing and handling large volumes of data. • Mastery of Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and functions. • Familiarity with QuickBooks and its functionalities. • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational abilities and ability to meet deadlines. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
