Description We are offering a temporary employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the legal industry, located in West Los Angeles, California. The selected candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks, primarily focusing on accounts payable. Responsibilities: • Accurately process and verify vendor statements for payment • Handle expense reimbursements and payments following established firm procedures • Manage reconciliation of the firm's Visa card • Ensure timely processing of check requests • Review client costs related to billing • Oversee reconciliation and processing of miscellaneous daily payments such as cell phone and auto insurance • Support data entry tasks related to invoice processing • Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks • Conduct regular check runs • Maintain a system for coding invoices for organizational efficiency. Requirements • Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures • Experience with Check Runs and managing payment cycles • Skilled in Coding Invoices, ensuring accurate cost allocation • Strong Data Entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Familiarity with Invoice Processing and verification • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting • Experience with Oracle financial software for managing AP tasks • Knowledge of QuickBooks for financial management and bookkeeping • Understanding of SAP software for enterprise resource planning • Experience with Expense Reporting, tracking and reconciling expenses Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
