The accounts payable clerk role is a temporary role who will receive, reviews, codes, enters and maintains all invoices. Assists other Accounts Payable team members on AP related projects.

Responsibilities Receives and verifies invoices for completeness, authorization, accuracy, account coding, preparation of disbursements and accounts payable related record keeping.Enters invoices.Enters expense reports.Selects invoices for payment.Processes and mails checks.Files check stubs and vouchers.Processes payment to Osteotech.Prepares and records cash receipt entries.Prepares deposit for the bank.Processing vouchers for payment, preparing and attaching documentation to checks prior to signature, and filing.Performs additional duties and project related tasks as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma/G.E.D.3-5 years' experience in accounts payable.
