Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Lead in the Engineering industry. This role is based in Great Falls, South Carolina, 29055, United States. The job function involves managing account reconciliation, handling accounts payable, running checks, coding invoices, and data entry. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the coding of invoices. • Carry out check runs to ensure financial accuracy. • Handle the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. • Conduct account reconciliation to maintain financial integrity. • Undertake data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and accurate records. • Leverage Microsoft Excel, and an ERP system to streamline invoice processing and other financial tasks. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. • Maintain accurate customer credit records.
